Joe,

After BM 7 someone, I think LOC, came out with a "sample" implementing
ordinance that many of us modified and adopted. I expect we can all dust
that off and adopt something similar. The bigger issue is the impact on
cities of all the DLCD Administrative Rules to implement Statewide
Planning Goals that we have been forced to implement and enforce as a
condition of "whatever". I don't think we want to get into the business
of defending and/or paying property owners for rules and regulations we
legislate solely as a result of a state administrative rules.

Good Morning After... Does anyone have (yet) a mechanism for dealing
with
Ballot Measure 37 gunk that I can look at? (No, nobody's done or
threatened to do anything yet. I just want to be prepared.)

Joe
