Question
Has anyone out there ever engaged in a project to
benefit a city owned asset that was funded in whole by a 501-3c
organization? For example, remodeling a city library that is supported by
a “Friends of the Library” group. I have questions on how the
contacting process and money management would work and would be interested in
talking to anyone that has administratively blazed that trail.
Thank you for your help.
