I have generally found the visits from CIS to be helpful in
identifying
and reducing our risks.  Remember that we are all part of a
not-for-profit insurance pool that keeps our insurance rates
competitive
vs. what we could obtain from the private sector.  Speaking as a
representatie of a jurisdiction that has had some very large claims, I
appreciate their risk-management efforts.
