Hi back! We have had good results from a visit from CIS. They point out little items that you get used to seeing and doing nothing about, like putting something in front of a fire extinguisher, etc. I don’t know if it resulted in additional rates, it seems like they go up on their own anyway.
I would rather pay for something that was missed in the original listing of items, rather than find out it is not covered when coverage is needed.
We have not had a regular visit that I can remember since John Gray retired.
