Thanks for getting the ball rolling on the protest of the
new ethics commission rules, we have also had resignations submitted and others
that are waiting to see the final requirements but that have already written
there resignation letters. We used the letter written by your Planning
Commission Chair as template and went from there. No responses yet but the
e-mails just went out yesterday. I will keep you posted as information comes
in. The Sad thing is that likely it will be too late to keep from losing some good
people.
