Hi there everyone wanted to let you know that on Monday January 14, 2008 I was voted from Assistant City Manager to City Manager. 

 

Joyce has had 2 more surgeries since her implant, perforated colon.  She is in OHSU right now and spent Christmas there. This had nothing to do with the implant surgery.

 

I look forward to working with all of you, and enjoy the emails.
